A Pod is a software development team with:

• 6 to 10 members
• Pod Leader and other Senior Resources will be fully proficient in English
• Specific technical stacks (.NET or Java, Angular/React, Azure/AWS, SQL/non-SQL Databases)
• Frontend, Backend, API/Integration, DBA, QA/Testing, DevOps
• Certified on Scale Agile Methodology Framework (SAFe 6.0)
• The Pods could be incorporated as an Agile Team into any IT organization and take responsibility for an online application working and reporting under the Agile Methodology
